We encourage residents to activate their Tenant Portal. Once activated, this portal will allow you to sign up for email rent payment reminders. You can also schedule, pay, and track your rent payments securely online, in a choice of payment options. Use our online system to notify us of any routine property maintenance issues. We’ll schedule your problem for prompt resolution. In a property-related emergency, please contact us immediately.

The Hawk Hometown Property Management team works hard at providing safe, clean, well-maintained properties for our residents. We appreciate your help in keeping them that way. Please respect the properties we manage and be a good neighbor. Leave any common areas as they were found. If you notice any property-related issues please let us know.
